What Happens in a Free UNPACK
An hour, a lot of good questions and a written summary afterward. Here's exactly what to expect from an UNPACK.
Step 1
See It
We look at the whole business across all five P's.
Step 2
Sort It
Find the root cause, not just the symptom.
Step 3
Build It
A simple, specific plan.
Step 4
Sustain It
Rhythms and support so it sticks.

Every relationship with us starts the same way: a free, one-hour conversation we call the UNPACK.
The UNPACK isn't a sales pitch. It's a working session. The goal is for you to walk away seeing your business a little more clearly, whether or not we ever work together.
See It
We start by looking at the whole business across all five pillars: People, Profit, Process, Promotion and Priority. Johnny asks the questions. You do most of the talking. We want to hear how the business works today, where it's going well and where it's hard.
Sort It
Next we look for the root cause, not just the symptom. If cash is tight, is that a Profit issue or a Process issue? If marketing isn't working, is it the message, or is it that nobody owns the follow-up? Sorting is where a lot of owners have their 'oh, that's it' moment.
Build It
Once we know where to aim, we talk through a simple, specific plan. Not a fifty-page binder. A short list of what to do first, who should own it and how you'll know it's working.
Sustain It
A plan only matters if it sticks. So we talk about the rhythms and support that keep it alive: check-ins, reviews and the right people to call when you need help in a specific pillar.
What you get afterward
After the UNPACK, Johnny sends back a written summary of what we heard. It lays out where you are, where you said you want to go, and the path we'd suggest to get there.
If you bring your financials, the summary can include a full analysis and recommendations. Share your goal and get a full plan at no charge.
How to get the most out of it
- Bring your last twelve months of financials if you have them.
- Think about the one thing that keeps you up at night.
- Know your goal, even if it's rough: where do you want the business to be in a year?
- Come ready to be honest. Everything stays confidential.
